This week must try item: Mee Goreng Mamak

This week, I would like to high light about Palm Cafe's Mee Goreng Mamak (Fried Noodles in Mamak Style). This is the most popular version of fried yellow egg noodles. Mee Goreng Mamak are fried in a Sweet Chili Paste & Shrimp Paste, topped with chicken, red chili, egg, prawn, bean curd & crushed peanuts. It served with several halves of mini lime which be squeezed generously over the noodles.
